Dried Papaya

Natural dried papaya is an excellent source of beta-carotene, antioxidants, and dietary fiber. There are a lot of antioxidants in dried papaya. Also, scientists have found that papayas contain more beta-carotene than carrots, and more vitamin C than kiwi fruit.
